These platforms are a great way to interact with your potential customers in order to nurture relationships and build a loyal following. Sign up, engage, interact, and reap the benefits of social media. If you’re not on social media, you’re making it difficult for prospects to engage with your company—and they might just go interact with your competitor instead.

If you’re replying to bad reviews online by blaming the customer, being passive aggressive or downright rude, or just not replying at all, you’re not going to look good in the eyes of your future customers.

When it comes to digital marketing, SEO should be your best friend. You should be using search engine optimization to your advantage in everything you do online. It allows you to be found online when potential customers use search engines to find information, products, or services that are related to your business.
